Wear a themed old west wedding dress or wear a modern dress with a touch of western. Add a white cowboy hat and white satin cowboy boots.

Choose a western style tuxedo for the groom. Add a bolo tie, cowboy boots and a hat, are appropriate for the groom. While the groomsman wear jeans, western vests, boots, and a western hat. Have the groom dress in old west clothing as a cowboy or sheriff.

Arrive at the ceremony on horseback, hire a horse drawn carriage or wagon to arrive at the wedding.

Decorate the reception area with old horseshoes, hay bale, milk cans, western blankets, quilts, picket fences, or lasso rope and wagon wheels. Make a wanted poster of the bride and groom to decorate the reception. Add old western style signs for extra charm.

Give your guest personalized barbecue sauce or salsa. Fill bandannas with beef jerky ot cowboy coffee and tie with twine. Miniture potted cactus, shot glasses and horse shoe key chains, make great western favors.

Arrange for an old fashioned hay ride to transport guests to the reception or rides during the reception. Depart the reception together on a horse.

When the evening is coming to a close, have a warm bonfire with hay bale seating around the fire. Provide marshmallows and skewers to roast for those who want to sit around the fire. Hand out sparklers to the kids for a fun and memorable night.
